Pentonix eLearning is a technology-enabled eLearning solutions provider specializing in custom, SCORM-compliant digital learning content. We work with corporates, startups, training companies, and institutions to build impactful learning experiences.

Were looking for Freelance Business Development professionals who can help us grow our business.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Business Development Partner, you will:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients requiring eLearning / digital learning solutions


  • Pitch Pentonixs offerings (custom eLearning, LMS-compatible content, instructional design, animations, assessments, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads and close deals


  • Act as a bridge between the client and internal team during early discussions

Ideal Profile

  • Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (especially in eLearning)


  • Strong professional network in corporates, startups, training firms, or educational institutions


  • Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working on a freelance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Work Model

  • Freelance / Remote

  • No fixed targets, but strong incentive for performance
