SportVot is building the infrastructure layer for grassroots and emerging sports. We work with leagues, tournaments, federations, and governing bodies across India and international markets to capture, structure, and distribute sports content and data at scale. Our mission is to make non-televised sports visible, monetizable, and future-ready.

What You Will Do:

This is a high-ownership, on-ground + strategic role. You will be responsible for expanding SportVots sports content footprint across multiple sports and geographies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end sports content acquisition across India and international markets
• Identify and onboard leagues, tournaments, federations, academies, and sports bodies
• Close partnerships for match content, data rights, and allied deliverables
• Build and maintain a strong acquisition pipeline across cricket and non-cricket sports
• Manage partner relationships post-onboarding to ensure smooth execution and renewals
• Coordinate with internal ops, tech, product, and sales teams for seamless delivery
• Support commercial discussions, contracts, timelines, and compliance
• Represent SportVot at tournaments, sports events, and ecosystem meetings

Who we are looking for:

• 45 years of experience in sports partnerships, content acquisition, sports ops, or media rights
• Strong understanding of the Indian sports ecosystem (international exposure is a big plus)
• Hands-on experience working with tournaments, leagues, federations, or governing bodies
• Hustler mindset comfortable with cold outreach, on-ground deal-making, and fast turnarounds
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Experience across any combination of the following is highly valued:
• Cricket (leather / tennis ball), Football, Basketball, Badminton, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Athletics, Combat sports, or other emerging formats.
