Role Overview


We are looking for an Assistant Manager Partnerships & Alliances to expand our partner network and drive revenue through strategic tie-ups. The role involves cold calling, outreach emails, relationship building, and lead conversion with Chartered Accountants, law firms, software companies, and business consultants in India and overseas.



Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Lead Generation


  • Identify and reach out to potential partners in CA firms, law practices, software companies, and consulting firms.
  • Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to open partnership discussions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for deeper engagement.


Partnership Building


  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to generate referrals and joint service opportunities.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events.


Revenue Generation


  • Drive partner-sourced leads for services in NBFC/SEBI/IRDA regulation, fintech compliance, and global registration .
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets from partner channels.


Market Intelligence


  • Track competitor activity and emerging trends in the regulatory consulting space.
  • Share insights with marketing and leadership teams for new opportunity identification.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelors/master's degree in business, Law, or Finance (MBA preferred).
  • 25 years experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in cold calling & corporate outreach.
  • Understanding of regulatory services, NBFC/SEBI/IRDA licensing, or international company formation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based culture.
