Partnerships Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Coordinator to build and scale our global partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing education consultants, institutes and agencies worldwide, driving our student enrolments through this network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategy to recruit active channel partners across the globe.
• Train partners on our portfolio of our university partners and programs.
• Manage partner performance tracking, commission payouts, and relationship management.
• Achieve target of partner appointments and student enrolments annually through partner network.
• Conduct regular partner webinars, provide marketing materials, and ensure partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development in education/EdTech.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills in English.
• Understanding of international education landscape.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for global partner interactions.

Fixed Component in Salary: Approximately 3.6 Lakhs to 4.2 Lakhs per annum + Incentives
