Working Model: Work from Office | Monday Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (revised after 3 months) + performance incentives

Role Overview

Recruiting Genie LLP is looking for proactive and driven individuals who want to build a career in business development, client partnerships, and startup growth.

As a Partnership & Growth Trainee, you will work closely with Founder to support client acquisition, partnership building, and business expansion initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are curious about how businesses grow, acquire clients, and build long-term relationships. You will gain hands-on exposure to outreach strategies, client communication, and revenue-focused activities across startups and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients including startups, SMEs, and colleges/training institutes
• Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms
• Introduce Recruiting Genies services (RPO, project-based hiring, people consulting) to potential partners
• Support in setting up meetings and follow-ups with interested prospects
• Maintain outreach trackers and update daily activity reports
• Assist in building and managing partnership pipelines
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding of new clients
• Contribute to basic marketing and lead generation initiatives

Eligibility & Requirements

• Fresh graduates from any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with professionals and business owners
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, social media, and online research
• Willingness to learn sales, business development, and client handling
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
