Location: Bangalore

Northern Arc Capital is looking for a product professional to support our Partnership-Based Lending (Education Loans) vertical.

What youll do:

Support product strategy and improve digital customer journeys
Assist in managing partner relationships for education loan programs
Help optimize processes, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance
Work closely with business, technology, credit, and operations teams

What were looking for:

49 years in banking/NBFC or digital lending
Exposure to retail lending, product management, or partner-driven models
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
B.Tech / MBA / CA
