Job Summary :

The Junior Partnership Associate will support the partnerships team in identifying, onboarding, and managing partner relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to collaboration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential partners and supporting outreach activities.
• Coordinate with existing partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth communication.
• Support the onboarding process for new partners, including documentation, data collection, and follow-ups.
• Help prepare partnership reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Track partnership activities and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to support partnership initiatives.
• Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities.
• Assist in planning and execution of partnership events, campaigns, or meetings.
