Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Partnership Associate to support our Partnerships team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating across teams, and contributing to meaningful business collaborations. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth partner engagement and helping partnership initiatives succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification and evaluation of potential partners, including education consultants, loan providers, and visa service providers.
• Assist with outreach and communication to build and nurture strong partner relationships.
• Coordinate with existing partners to ensure seamless communication and ongoing collaboration.
• Manage partner onboarding activities, including documentation, data collection, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date partnership records in internal systems.
• Prepare partnership reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal review.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to support partnership goals.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Assist in organizing and executing partnership meetings, campaigns, events, and reviews.
