Job Description

Position: Partner Success Manager

Location: Remote

Experience: 3+ Years (preferably from Payments / FinTech industry)

Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process for partner merchants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Tech, Channel Partners) to ensure smooth activation of partner accounts.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Channel Partner team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, dashboards, and partner records.
  • Track onboarding progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support routine communications and updates with partner merchants.
  • Assist in resolving partner queries and escalating issues where required.
  • Contribute to partner engagement initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Around 3 years of experience , ideally in payments, fintech, banking, or merchant onboarding roles.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of partner onboarding workflows or merchant lifecycle (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
