Job Description
Position: Partner Success Manager
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ Years (preferably from Payments / FinTech industry)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process for partner merchants.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Tech, Channel Partners) to ensure smooth activation of partner accounts.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Channel Partner team.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, dashboards, and partner records.
- Track onboarding progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Support routine communications and updates with partner merchants.
- Assist in resolving partner queries and escalating issues where required.
- Contribute to partner engagement initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Around 3 years of experience , ideally in payments, fintech, banking, or merchant onboarding roles.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of partner onboarding workflows or merchant lifecycle (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
