Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Support partners with sales enablement tools, product training, and process alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report channel sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Drive achievement of revenue targets and KPIs across assigned territories.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in Partner/Channel management.
