Job Description

Role Overview


The Partner RCM will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and growth for assigned US Healthcare RCM accounts. This role will act as the single point of accountability for client outcomes, service performance, operational excellence, and profitability. The incumbent will drive AR and cash performance, ensure SLA and compliance adherence, lead multi-layered teams, and support account expansion through strong stakeholder management and strategic execution.

This is apartner-style rolerequiring strong delivery ownership combined with acommercial and entrepreneurial mindset.


Key Responsibilities


1) Account Ownership & Delivery Leadership


  • Own complete end-to-end RCM delivery across Billing, AR Follow-up, Denials, Cash Posting, and related functions.
  • Drive consistent performance on cash collections, AR %, DSO reduction, aging control, denial management, and productivity.
  • Ensure service delivery is aligned with contractual SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish operational cadence including daily governance, weekly reviews, and monthly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  • Lead and manage Managers, Team Leaders, QC Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure process stability, scalability, and readiness to support business growth and volume ramp-ups.


2) Governance, Quality & Compliance Excellence


  • Build and enforce robust governance frameworks for process adherence, documentation, audit readiness, and compliance.
  • Own quality outcomes through strong QC mechanisms, RCA frameworks, and corrective/preventive action planning.
  • Drive standardization and best practices across workflows, ensuring consistency and reduced dependency on individuals.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delivery slippages and escalations.


3) Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management


  • Act as the primary escalation owner and strategic point of contact for the client.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and a problem-solving approach.
  • Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolution with clear action plans.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term engagement through strong service ownership and measurable outcomes.


4) Business Growth, Account Expansion & Solution Support


  • Support business development through participation in discovery calls, solutioning discussions, and client presentations.
  • Provide inputs for proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and capability presentations showcasing delivery strength.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion such as additional scope, new workstreams, or process enhancements.
  • Partner with leadership to position the organization as a trusted RCM delivery partner for prospective clients.


5) Financial & Performance Management (P&L Mindset)


  • Own account-level operational performance with a strong focus on productivity, utilization, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Drive delivery optimization to improve margins while maintaining service quality and compliance.
  • Track and manage capacity planning, resource allocation, attrition impact, and workforce productivity.
  • Ensure performance is delivered within agreed budgets and planned headcount models.


6) Transition, Onboarding & Continuous Improvement


  • Lead and support transitions for new client onboarding, ensuring smooth handover and stabilization.
  • Own transition planning, knowledge transfer, readiness reviews, and early-stage governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation, workflow improvements, and productivity enhancement.
  • Build a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.

Compensation Model Profit Sharing / Revenue Sharing Role


This is aFixed + Profit Sharing / Revenue Sharing role, aligned with a partner-led engagement structure. Compensation will be linked to:


  • Account performance and profitability
  • Revenue growth and scope expansion
  • Long-term business value creation

Key Skills & Competencies


  • Strong expertise in end-to-end US Healthcare RCM (Billing, AR Follow-up, Denials, Cash Posting).
  • Strong understanding of RCM metrics: AR %, DSO, Cash %, Aging Buckets, Denial Rate, Productivity, Accuracy.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams with multi-layer leadership structures (TLs / Managers / QC).
  • Strong client-facing skills, escalation handling, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills, reporting, dashboarding, and MIS presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership presence, decision-making ability, execution focus, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to drive operational discipline, governance, and performance improvement at scale.
