Job Description
Criteria:
Identify Enterprise software Partner and evaluate potential partners that align with the companys strategic goals.
One who has sold Enterprise software, globally and through partners
Ability to identify the right Partner with synergies to ZestIOT enterprise software product offering.
Experience in Partner enablement
Exp in negotiating the key terms ad partnership agreement
Exp in building and nurturing relationship
Exp in identifying relevant partners, GTM and channel strategy for enterprise software.
Exp in selling software through partner in international market is a added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns.
Ensure partners are engaged and satisfied with the collaboration.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Develop and execute plans to maximize the value of partnerships.
Performance Tracking:
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to promote partnerships and joint initiatives.
Develop co-marketing campaigns and materials to support partnership goals.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinkers with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
