Job Description
What Youll Own
Partner Marketing with Microsoft, Databricks & Beyond
- Build and scale joint GTM programs with Microsoft and Databricks.
- Drive co-branded campaigns, joint case studies, and customer stories that partners want to amplify.
- Secure Kanerikas presence in partner marketplaces, thought-leadership content, and joint PR pushes.
- Extend proven playbooks to upcoming alliances (AWS, Snowflake, and others).
Events Strategy & Execution
- Own Kanerikas partner-led events, industry conferences, and flagship summits.
- Land speaking slots with Microsoft and Databricks at high-visibility stages.
- Design digital and hybrid events (webinars, roundtables, workshops) with measurable audience engagement.
- Turn every event into a pipeline-driving, brand-building moment, not just a calendar item.
- Act as a host and coordinator to ensure internal/external alignment.
Sales & Ecosystem Alignment
- Work hand-in-hand with sales to ensure events and alliances influence opportunities and pipeline.
- Enable sales teams with partner content, co-branded decks, and joint positioning.
- Track ROI on partner and event initiatives with clear metrics (influenced pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, deal velocity).
Awards & Recognition
- Target awards that showcase our partner innovation (e.g., Microsoft Partner of the Year, Databricks Innovation Awards).
- Craft submissions that highlight joint wins.
- Amplify wins across PR, sales, and partner ecosystems.
What Success Looks Like
- Kanerika consistently featured in Microsoft and Databricks campaigns, events, and analyst mentions.
- Events and partnerships drive pipeline influence, revenue opportunities, and brand visibility.
- Sales teams point to partner co-marketing content as deal accelerators.

What Youve Done Before
- 2-5 years in B2B tech marketing, ideally SaaS/AI/data/automation.
- Built and scaled partner co-marketing programs (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS experience a plus).
- Planned and executed partner-driven events with measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Created case studies, co-branded content, and award submissions that landed.
- Collaborated with sales and partner teams globally across time zones.
