Time Zones: India Standard Time, with occasional overlap with US PST

- Identify, qualify, and recruit SaaS ISVs across India and APJ markets
- Lead discovery calls and articulate the value of SaaSNovas offerings (Ignite, SuperNova, NovaX) to founders, GTM leaders, and cloud stakeholders
- Build and manage a regional pipeline aligned to cloud ecosystem GTM motions
- Execute GTM plans endtoend from strategy design to campaign launch, measurement, and iteration
- Drive AWS Marketplace listing readiness and cosell alignment
- Collaborate with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to execute joint GTM initiatives
- Build relationships with AWS teams, accelerators, VCs, incubators, and SaaS communities in APJ
- Represent SaaSNova at SaaS and cloud events in India and APJ
- Research SaaS companies, ISVs, and cloudnative startups across APJ
- Provide insights that shape SaaSNovas positioning and outreach strategy
- Maintain weekly reporting on outreach, pipeline status, and customer progress
- Based in India (Chennai or Bangalore preferred), with strong awareness of SaaS and cloud ecosystems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Confident speaking with founders, GTM leaders, and cloud ecosystem stakeholders
- Proven ability to execute GTM plans with SaaS ISVs and cloud partners
- Familiarity with AWS, cloud, SaaS, or marketplace ecosystems
- High ownership mindset thrive in a fastmoving, founderled environment
- Fully remote, India/APJ focus
