The Role:

You will lead all partner & marketplace relationships, owning partner-specific growth strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to develop, launch, and scale channel-exclusive collections.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Relationship Management
  • Own P&L for partner channels. Run Joint Business Plans with strategic accounts.
  • Ensure partner relationships align with brand goals (visibility, customer experience, content consistency).
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics Track KPIs: Sales, GM, Marketing ROI, inventory DOH, markdowns, Organic/Inorganic Traffic, Partner Ranking Run monthly reviews with strategic accounts.
  • Assortment & Product Mix Ensure Intelligence from Partners is part of Channel exclusive collections.
  • Demand &Supply Planning
  • Maintain stock health across DCs, stores (if relevant) in collaborations with Category manager and Partner teams.
  • Monitor sell-thru, inventory days, over/under stock, ensure stock flow is optimized.

  • Must be proactive and a go-getter


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Should have 5-8 years of experience preferably in online domain
  • Must be a Graduate/ Postgraduate from recognized university
