Job Description Sales & Revenue Generation Executive (Fire Safety IoT Products)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Revenue Generation Executive who will actively market the role in the field and own end-to-end revenue generation for our Fire Safety IoT products. This role is 100% performance-driven, with a strong focus on market penetration, lead conversion, and consistent revenue growth.

Hyderabad, Telangana

(Work from Office)


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is mandatory.
  • (B2B / Fire Safety / IoT / Field Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.)


Key Objective

  • Market the products aggressively
  • Generate revenue through direct and channel sales
  • Revenue generation is a non-negotiable responsibility for this role.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Market Development

  • Actively market the offerings of Basic Elements by promoting and demonstrating Fire Safety IoT products in the field
  • Create product awareness through site visits, cold call visits, surveys, presentations, and demos
  • Penetrate key sectors:
  • Commercial Buildings, Malls & Multiplexes, Hospitals, Hotels, Convention Centres, Residential, Industrial, Warehouses
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, industry forums, builder meets, and contractor events
  • Share real-time market feedback to the Marketing team to refine sales and marketing strategies


Revenue Generation

Generate revenue through direct product sales

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for each Financial Year
  • Convert leads into paying and repeat customers
  • Promote subscription models and value-based selling
  • Track sales pipeline and closures through CRM (DART)


Channel & Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, channel partners, and system integrators
  • Train partners on product features, selling points, and installation benefits
  • Support partners in closing deals and generating revenue
  • Expand distribution reach and channel-based sales contribution


Customer Engagement & Support

  • Conduct product demos for decision-makers such as facility managers and association heads
  • Coordinate with technical teams for installations and post-sale support
  • Maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals


Performance Expectations

  • Revenue generation is mandatory
  • Field presence and lead conversion are critical
  • Target achievement will be directly linked to performance evaluation


Eligibility Criteria

  • Engineering Graduate (B.Tech Mechanical preferred)
  • Exposure or strong interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Fluency in English and any one regional language (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for sales and marketing activities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-driven and result-oriented with a strong hunger for revenue and growth
  • Knowledge of Fire Safety Systems is an advantage (training will be provided)


Compensation & Benefits

Annual CTC: 12 LPA (Per Annum) Including Performance-Based Incentives
