Zlendo Realty offers advanced real estate visualization solutions, including 3D walkthroughs, virtual tours, and architectural visualization tools, designed for architects, interior designers, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, and builders in the assigned region.
• Promote Zlendo Realtys offerings and explain product benefits.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up for conversions.
• Update CRM with lead status and activity reports.
• Support marketing campaigns and local networking events.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, email, WhatsApp marketing).
• Own smartphone and internet connectivity.
• The candidates are expected to be proficient in English as well as in their native language. Example: Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu

Work Type:

Part-Time (Flexible hours; field visits as needed)

Compensation:

Fixed Pay: 8,00025,000/month (based on city and experience)

Incentives: Per qualified lead or % commission on closed deals
