Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai for the role of Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing case documents, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws. The candidate will provide support for visa applications, assist with document collection and review, and coordinate with clients to offer guidance throughout the immigration process. Collaboration with legal professionals and consistent communication with clients are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Document Review and attention to detail
• Ability to perform comprehensive Research to support immigration cases
• Exceptional Communication skills for client interactions and collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools
• Bachelors degree in english litreture, or a related field
• Prior experience in immigration services or legal support is an advantage
