Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Paralegal role located in New Delhi. The Paralegal will assist the legal team by conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and providing administrative support. The candidate will collaborate with attorneys on case preparations, manage documentation, and ensure efficient handling of legal matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law, including legal principles and procedures.
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
• Highly proficient in Communication, including written and verbal skills, to interact professionally with clients and legal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive Research to support legal cases and arguments.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Bachelors degree or above
