Panel Outreach Associate

Role Description

The position involves reaching out to potential panel members and assisting them through the onboarding process. You will play a key role in helping people join our panel and participate in surveys

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via calls and emails to recruit new panel members
• Guide individuals through the panel onboarding process
• Inform panel members about new surveys and reward points they can redeem
• Follow up with participants to complete pending forms or surveys
• Maintain communication and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Who Were Looking For

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Comfortable speaking with people over phone and email

Organized and proactive with follow-ups

Entry-level candidates or freshers are welcome
