We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Panaya Testing Management Specialist to join our Quality Assurance and IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing testing processes using the Panaya Testing Management Tool . This role ensures seamless test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting to support successful ERP, CRM, and other enterprise application changes

Test Planning & Management

• Design, organize, and manage test cycles within Panaya.
• Define test cases, scenarios, and scripts aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

Execution & Monitoring

• Execute manual and automated test cases using Panaya.
• Monitor test progress, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to validate fixes.

Defect & Risk Management

• Log, track, and prioritize defects within Panaya.
• Provide impact analysis and risk assessment for system changes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards.
