Yrs of experience: 6-15 yrs
- Technical investigation/resolution on DINS incidents/Problems.
- Troubleshooting sessions with users/ITOPS/Technology Specialist
- Quality & Process on incident/problem management
- Follow-up activities and deliverables according to projects schedule
- Technical exchanges with Technology Specialist related to DINS project
- DINS incidents/problem management and Follow up in Service Now (Current Airbus ITSM tool)
- Technical presentation related to the project , if required.
- Actions follow-up
