As a senior developer, youll both lead and execute high-impact Palantir engagements. You demonstrate deep technical expertise, business acumen, and people leadership across the following areas:

Solution Architecture & Delivery: Define end-to-end enterprise data and analytics solutions on Palantir Foundry or Gotham Lead requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution roadmaps that align with client objectives Oversee customization of Foundry ontologies, data pipelines, and application modules to drive business value

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior IT leaders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes Drive executive presentations, steering-committee updates, and change-management plans Anticipate and manage risks, scope, and budget throughout the engagement lifecycle

Technical Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and coach cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and architects across onshore/offshore delivery models Foster a culture of continuous learning, sharing Palantir best practices, accelerators, and reusable IP Champion code quality, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and governance policies within the team

Platform & Integration Expertise: Lead complex data integrations from diverse sources (batch, streaming, APIs) into Palantir datasets using Python (PySpark), SQL, and Foundrys code-no-code tooling Architect scalable, secure deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code Apply advanced data governance: lineage, access controls, quality monitoring, and regulatory compliance

Accelerator Development & Thought Leadership: Spearhead development of reusable Foundry accelerators, templates, and reference architectures for rapid client roll-out Author whitepapers, internal playbooks, and market-leading viewpoints on analytics, ML, and data-driven transformation Represent big4 at industry forums, webinars, and client workshops, showcasing Palantirs latest innovations

Engagement Planning & Delivery Management: Own sizing, staffing, and planning for multi-phase programs; balance onshore/offshore resources for efficiency and quality Monitor timelines, budgets, and KPIs; provide transparent status reporting and course-corrective actions Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering on-time, on-scope, and with measurable business impact
