Paint Artist - TeamLead – Supervisor

Responsibilities: Remove unwanted elements, clean plates, and perform object retouching. Background restoration and reconstruction using paint and patching tools. Grain matching, frame interpolation, and wire/rig removal. Oversee all paint/cleanup tasks and ensure visual consistency. Guide team on complex clean plate generation, rig removal, and retouching. Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and ensure delivery timelines.

Skills Required: Excellent cloning, patching, and continuity judgment. Artistic eye with strong technical execution. Proficient in detailed paint work and cleanup techniques. Strong communication and mentoring ability.

Software Proficiency: Photoshop, Silhouette, Nuke, After Effects

Additional Information: All candidates must be available to work on-site. Rotational shifts (day/night) apply. Excellent team spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
