About Us

ROAS Digital is a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with global brands to deliver scalable growth through high-impact paid media. As a Google Partner agency, we operate in a fast-paced, multi-account environment where results, ownership, and accountability matter.

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager with strong agency background who has managed multiple clients, led teams, and owned performance end to end.

This role is strictly agency-focused and is not suited for candidates with only in-house or product-only experience .

Role Overview

As a Paid Social Manager, you will independently manage 1015 active client accounts , lead a team of 23 Paid Media Executives , and act as the primary owner of strategy, execution quality, and performance across paid social platforms.

You will operate in a high-account-volume agency setup , handling multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and performance-driven goals.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Strategy Ownership

  • Own end-to-end Paid Social strategy for 1015 client accounts simultaneously


  • Build and scale full-funnel social strategies across acquisition, retargeting, and retention


  • Drive performance improvements across CPA, ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth


  • Make platform-level decisions on scaling, budget allocation, and optimization frameworks


Platform Expertise

  • Hands-on expertise across:


  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)


  • LinkedIn Ads


  • X (Twitter) Ads


  • TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest (as per client requirements)


  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, learning phases, and optimization events


  • Advanced audience strategy knowledge: interests, lookalikes, broad targeting, exclusions


Agency Execution & Scale

  • Comfortable working in a multi-client agency environment


  • Handle frequent context switching across industries, goals, and budgets


  • Manage parallel campaign launches, optimizations, and reporting cycles


  • Maintain execution quality under tight deadlines


Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and review the work of 23 junior Paid Media Executives


  • Delegate execution tasks and conduct regular performance reviews


  • Ensure best practices, documentation, and SOP adherence


Client Communication & Ownership

  • Act as the primary client-facing owner for paid social


  • Lead performance reviews, strategic planning calls, and roadmap discussions


  • Clearly explain performance, testing outcomes, and next steps to clients


  • Proactively manage client expectations and escalations


Creative & Testing Strategy

  • Own creative testing frameworks in collaboration with design and content teams


  • Define hypotheses, test structures, and iteration cycles


  • Scale winning creatives and systematically eliminate underperformers


Tracking & Analytics

  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution models


  • Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across all client accounts


Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • 5+ years of Paid Social experience in a digital marketing agency


  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts (10+ at a time)


  • Currently or previously working as a Paid Social Manager / Team Lead / Account Lead


  • Experience leading and reviewing junior team members


  • Strong platform expertise with measurable performance impact


  • Comfortable with client communication and strategic ownership


  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment


Not a Fit If

  • Experience is primarily in-house / product-only


  • Exposure is limited to 12 accounts


  • Role has been execution-only without strategy or client ownership


Nice to Have

  • Experience managing high monthly ad spends


  • Multi-geo or international client exposure


  • Experience across D2C, SaaS, and lead-gen accounts
