Texonico is a UK-based technology and digital marketing company focused on performance, growth, and data-driven decision making. We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager who can independently lead strategy and deliver meaningful impact across international campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute Paid Search strategies across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
• Manage and optimize campaign structure, budgets, and performance KPIs
• Conduct advanced data analysis and provide strategic insights
• Test creatives, optimize conversions, and improve quality scores
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align goals and execution
• Produce performance reports and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• 35+ years of experience in Paid Search / PPC / SEM
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, tracking and attribution
• Solid analytical foundation and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to manage budgets and improve ROAS/ROI
• Professional English communication skills
• Self-driven, responsible, and maintains high work standards
