Job Description
Designation Manager SEM (Search)
Department SEM
Experience: 2-5 years in SEM (Agency Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and other search engines for international markets (US/UK/Middle East/APAC).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and strategy to achieve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA).
- Develop A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients based in international time zones.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism while managing client expectations across different geographies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 24 years of proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably for international clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and relevant SEM tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Experience with global campaign structures, targeting, and geo-specific ad strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
- Google Ads certification (preferred).
