What Youll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Monitor campaign performance including budgets, bids, targeting, and KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
• Work closely with creative, analytics, and client servicing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and creative experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Track budgets and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.

Who Were Looking For

14 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms

Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data and performance metrics

Good understanding of digital marketing trends and campaign optimization

Strong communication and collaboration skills
