Role: Paid Media Executive
Mode: Hybrid
Location: Marol, Mumbai
Core Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Configure audiences, pixel tracking, event setup, and conversion tracking
- Ensure proper UTM structures and attribution hygiene
- Manage daily budget pacing and allocation
2. Performance Optimisation
- Monitor key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL, frequency, conversion rate
- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, hooks, landing pages, targeting, bidding strategies)
- Identify underperforming segments and optimise rapidly
- Scale winning campaigns while protecting margins
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Extract insights beyond numbers kine identifying trends and working on areas of improvement.
- Track funnel drop-offs and coordinate fixes with creative or landing page teams
- Maintain reporting dashboards with accuracy
4. Strategic Contribution
- Support Account Managers in growth planning
- Provide media forecasts and budget recommendations
- Contribute to quarterly growth roadmaps
- Recommend new platform experiments
5. AI & Automation Integration
- Use AI tools for bid optimisation insights and creative testing
- Automate reporting workflows
- Reduce manual inefficiencies in campaign management.
Who are we looking for?
- 13 years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Comfortable with data interpretation and Excel/Sheets
- Performance mindset with commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
