Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-focused Paid Media Analyst who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copies in coordination with the content team.
- Work with the design team for creative briefs and ad visuals.
- Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
