Paid Media Analyst / Sr. Analyst

Location - Bangalore

CTC - Up to 8 to 10 LPA ( Depend on your current ctc )

Shift - Regular Shift - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

NP - Immediate to 15 Days

Skills - Must have worked on Search + Social + DV360

Should have exposure in end to end campaign on social media platform.

Location - Bangalore

Looking candidates only from agency background.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI and performance efficiency.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
  • Generate performance reports and share insights with internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (mandatory).
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in DV360 / Programmatic buying.
  • Experience managing large monthly ad spends.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
