We are seeking a highly skilled and proactivePaid Marketing Analyst with 35 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, and other social advertising platforms . The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, budget planning, optimization, and reporting.
This role requires a combination oftechnical expertise, strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities . The candidate will be responsible not only for delivering client-facing communication and performance reviews but also for leadinginternal training, process improvement, and team capability development .
- The Paid Marketing Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their goals, translate them into measurable performance strategies, and ensure consistent delivery of results while mentoring the internal team for ongoing growth.
Key Qualifications
- 35 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other performance/automation tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and create clear, actionable performance reports.
- Experience in handling client communication, performance reviews, reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Skilled in team training, mentoring, and driving capability development within the performance marketing team.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization, funnels, attribution models, and campaign scaling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and comfort in client-facing discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Updated with the latest trends in Google Ads, Social Advertising, AI-based tools, audience updates, and paid media best practices.
