Salary Range: 30K - 40K per month

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Advertisement Specialist at Get Catalyzed in Jaipur. As a specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve exceptional ROI.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platform. Having knowledge of LinkedIn Ads isnt mandatory but would be an added factor.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including scaling campaigns and driving customer acquisition.
• Who had managed both the lead generation campaigns and sales campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• Provide detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain performance targets.
• Work with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
