Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Paid Ads Specialist at P&P Infotech. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on various platforms to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI). The specialist will analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, produce detailed reports, and strategize to align with the companys advertising goals. Collaboration with the marketing team for campaign planning and budgeting will also be a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Google Ads & Meta Account Audits
- Conduct daily audits of Google Ads and Meta campaigns to identify performance fluctuations, issues, and new opportunities.
- Immediately report and remediate critical performance drops or anomalies.
2. Weekly Campaign Performance Audits
- Perform in-depth weekly performance evaluations across all paid media campaigns.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities.
3. Keyword & Search Term Analysis
- Execute weekly keyword and search term reviews.
- Recommend new keyword opportunities, campaign ideas, and targeting expansions.
4. Conversion Tracking & Technical Audits
- Ensure full accuracy of conversion tracking across Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads.
- Conduct monthly audits of account structures, GTM setups, Pixel configurations, and analytics integrations.
5. Actionable Optimisation Recommendations
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
- Implement optimisation strategies that drive improved cost efficiency and higher ROI.
6. Diagnosis & Issue Resolution
- Rapidly diagnose issues affecting paid ads accounts, GTM, GA4, or platform performance.
- Provide proactive, repeatable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
7. Reporting & Communication
- Deliver timely updates and performance insights directly to the Head of Paid Ads.
- Produce comprehensive, accurate campaign performance reports.
8. Timely Task Execution & Documentation
- Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain clear documentation of completed work, changes made, and status updates.
