About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (24 years experience) with a strong B2B Marketing background, who can independently manage, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond execution,someone who understands how paid media ties into pipeline, revenue, and broader GTM strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy, Setup & Execution

  • Plan, set up, launch, and manage paid plans and campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a strong focus on B2B Demand Gen.
  • Translate business and pipeline goals into structured paid media strategies
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution including targeting strategy, budgets, bidding models, funnel alignment, and ad scheduling
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with ICPs, buyer journeys, and GTM objectives

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, Audience Penetration, Frequency, CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROAS
  • Drive ongoing optimizations across audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
  • Lead structured A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvement opportunities

Cross-Functional & Agency-Style Collaboration

  • Work closely with Growth, RevOps, and Content teams to align paid campaigns with overall GTM initiatives
  • Collaborate on messaging, offers, and CRO direction to improve conversion performance
  • Operate with an agency-style ownership mindset, managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities effectively


Desired Experience & Qualities

  • 24 years of hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment and/or marketing agency
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Clear understanding of performance marketing fundamentals across the B2B funnel
  • Experience working with demand gen, pipeline-focused, or revenue-driven campaigns
  • Comfortable handling multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills. Able to translate data into actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach
  • Curious, proactive, and continuously experimenting to improve their professional
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
