Role Overview

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role is open to both Executive and Manager-level professionals, depending on experience and expertise.

You will work closely with internal teams to drive measurable results, improve ROI, and align paid media strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Amazon Ads
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve performance
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI
• Track campaign performance and prepare clear, data-driven reports
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and strategy teams
• (For Manager-level candidates) Lead campaign strategy, handle larger budgets, and mentor junior team members
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 26+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns
• (Executive or Manager level, based on experience)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (TikTok and Amazon Ads experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and interpret performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
