Role Overview


We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager to own and scale Scry AIs performance marketing efforts across digital channels. This role is critical in driving high-quality demand, optimizing acquisition costs, and supporting revenue growth through data-driven paid campaigns.


As a Paid Ads Manager, you will manage end-to-end paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels relevant to B2B enterprise audiences.


Role Overview


As a Paid Ads Manager at Scry AI, you will focus on designing, executing, and continuously optimizing paid acquisition campaigns that attract decision-makers, practitioners, and enterprise buyers. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align paid media efforts with business goals, ICPs, and GTM strategies.


This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation and thrives in fast-scaling, performance-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities


Paid Media Strategy and Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Define channel strategy aligned with target personas, industries, and funnel stages
  • Own campaign structures, bidding strategies, budgets, and pacing


Performance Optimization and Growth

  • Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency and quality


Audience, Targeting, and Messaging

  • Build and refine audience segments based on ICPs, intent signals, and firmographics
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Ensure messaging aligns with enterprise pain points, product positioning, and use cases


Analytics, Reporting, and Insights

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across channels and campaigns
  • Create regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Use data to inform budget allocation, channel prioritization, and future experiments


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align paid efforts with pipeline goals
  • Coordinate with landing page and CRO efforts to improve conversion rates
  • Support campaign initiatives for product launches, events, webinars, and gated content


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing tools
  • Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and lead quality in B2B environments
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in reporting, optimization, and experimentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
