Job Description
Were hiring a motivated, data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who thrives on execution, testing, and iteration.
Youll work hands-on across paid channels to drive customer acquisition and growth, with clear ownership of campaign hygiene, optimization, and performance reporting.
Job Location: Onsite, Malad (West), Mumbai
What you'll do:
- Launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube as applicable), Meta Ads, and other paid channels (affiliate/partners if relevant).
- Own day-to-day campaign operations: budgets, bidding, targeting, creative rotations, keyword/search term hygiene, placements, and exclusions.
- Run ongoing experimentation (A/B tests) across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnel steps to improve CVR and CAC.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting (weekly/monthly), translating numbers into clear next steps.
- Ensure solid tracking discipline: UTMs, conversion events, pixel/CAPI basics, GA4 alignment, and clean reporting logic.
- Collaborate with Creative/Content/Sales to align offers, messaging, and lead quality feedback loops.

What you should know:
Strong understanding of:
- Funnel thinking (TOF/MOF/BOF), acquisition vs retention, and how KPIs shift across stages
- Core metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, MER, lead quality signals
- Optimization levers: audience, creative, landing page, bidding strategy, attribution constraints
- Familiarity with:
- GA4, ad platform reporting, basic attribution concepts, and campaign measurement hygiene
Minimal requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads + Meta Ads (campaign setup to optimization).
- Comfortable with data and reporting: you can interpret trends and recommend actions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills (especially with creative + sales).

- Exposure to CRO and landing page testing tools/workflows
