Key Responsibilities

Packaging Production

Create, update, and version packaging artwork across product lines

Prepare print-ready mechanical files to meet vendor and printer specifications

Ensure accuracy across language, regulatory, and size variations

Maintain brand consistency and quality control standards

Mockups & Visualization

Create packaging mockups and renderings for internal review

Develop realistic product and room scene visuals using traditional and AI-assisted tools

Workflow & Process Optimization

Identify repetitive production tasks and implement/build automation solutions

Improve file organization and documentation standards

Research and test AI tools that streamline production, mockups, and asset generation

Qualifications

3+ years of packaging production design experience

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required), Photoshop, and InDesign

Strong understanding of print production and prepress workflows

Experience preparing files for printers and overseas manufacturers

Exceptional attention to detail and file organization skills

Comfortable learning and implementing new tools and technologies
