company to deliver advanced and economical medical devices for treatment of bone injuries.

Job Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

a. Designing of packaging solutions for medical device

b. Mold handling of forming, sealing and cutting

c. Packaging and Labelling of medical device or drugs

d. Testing of new packaging solutions

e. Documentation of records as per ISO-13485

f. Collection and analysis of the data as per the protocol.

g. Documentation and strategizing future developmental R&D work

Essential Qualifications and experience:

a. Postgraduate with experience in biomaterials research work in a relevant discipline like

biomedical sciences / biotechnology/bioengineering/mechanical engineering /biomedical

engineering/pharmaceutical/polymer technology/packaging or equivalent.

b. Exposure in operation of forming, sealing, cutting and labelling

c. Knowledge of thermoforming process and label printing techniques

d. Exposure to CAD (Computer Aided Design) software

e. Minimum 2 years experience in packaging department

f. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and strong

interpersonal/networking skills.

g. Ability to effectively work in inter-disciplinary teams and manage multiple workflows
