Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead packaging development from concept to commercialization
Develop primary & secondary packaging (Glass, PET, HDPE, Pumps, Caps, Mono cartons, Laminates)
Handle mould development & tooling coordination
Drive value engineering & cost optimization
Manage vendor development & technical approvals
Work closely with Marketing, R&D & Supply Chain teams
