Packaging Development (General manager/ Sr. General manager)

We are seeking an accomplished packaging leader to spearhead the endtoend packaging development agenda at Havellsdriving innovation, elevating consumer experience, and shaping the next generation of sustainable, futureready packaging solutions.

Lead endtoend packaging innovation (Discover Design Develop Validate)

Manage a 12+ member expert team across Technical Design, Reprography, Lab & Sustainability

Deliver 500+ NPI packaging specs annually with First Time Right excellence

Drive VAVE initiatives with ~5% annual cost savings

Ensure 100% compliance: LMR, PWM & BIS across all SKUs

Reduce COPQ & transit damages through advanced lab validation

Lead sustainability roadmap & packaging digitalization (PLM implementation)

Standardize packaging processes for 17,000+ SKUs

Require 15+ years of packaging innovation experience (consumer goods preferred)

PGD in Packaging (IIP) + Engineering/Chemistry background preferred
