Packaging Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Validate packaging test reports by ensuring that product packaging meets the required standards and specifications. Review third-party packaging test reports and record results accurately. Conduct real-time and offline (image/video) data auditing to collect packaging attributes that support packaging eligibility services. Perform precise and thorough video/image audits with a high degree of accuracy and speed to aid in defect reduction. Assure product packaging is eligible to ship in optimal packaging (SIOP) by reviewing and approving product listings. Support Amazon's Frustration-Free Packaging Program by validating products that can be shipped without additional packaging or in optimal packaging. Communicate approval/denial decisions to Vendors and Sellers through the internal case management system. Communicate test findings to internal and external stakeholders effectively.

What A Day Looks Like: Audit several ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers) per shift, meeting goals for accuracy, speed, and adherence to best practices. Review and validate packaging test reports and product listings throughout the day. Dedicate focused time to answering image attribute tasks, taking breaks at pre-defined slots.
