Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and methodologies related to project management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across teams. - Familiarity with software development processes and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
