Package Equipment Erection Engineer (Deputation at Oman)

Title: Package Equipment Erection Engineer

Location: Green Ammonia Project, Al Duqm, Oman

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have direct work experience various field erected package equipment like Desalination, Electrolyzer, Air separation, air compressor/ air dryer package, Hydrogen compressor, Nitrogen compressor, Turbine etc. Including installation, alignment, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all such package equipment.
• Prepare/ Review and analyse the systems/procedures to ensure best construction practices are in place for execution of project to meet the best HSSE and Quality of executed work.
• Ensure that all quality related activities are carried out as per requirement without effecting the schedule and cost.
• Review the systems/processes being implemented by site contractor as required for meeting timeline of completing the job successfully.
• Periodically check and ensure that day to day activity is performed by the contractor with seamless co-ordination with for QA/QC and HSSE team.
• Having good knowledge of review of job method statement prepared by site contractor and implementation of established method statement for site work.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of code and international standard related various package equipments.
• Plan and lead Technical Audits and prepare reports for the same. Process and NCRs/ Deviation requests as per established procedure.
• Monitoring and executing the day-to-day site work effectively to deliver the best productivity.
• Candidate must have ability to co-coordinate with international package vendor for smooth execution package items as mentioned in item S. No. 01.

Experience: -

• Approx. 12-14 yrs of hand-on Experience in EPC Company mainly preferably in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry.
• Experience of working at construction sites in execution.
• Knowledge of international code and standard
• Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
