In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to project management, resource management, time and expense tracking, and financial management within Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Testing and Implementation: Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system functions as expected and meets business requirements
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes related to project management and resource utilization within the system
- Project Planning and Execution: Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting, leveraging Dynamics 365 data for decision-making
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system configurations, and user guides
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to system functionality and user adoption
- Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Understanding of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for enhanced reporting and automation
