Pack & Bess- Pack

• Lead the team in the design, development, and testing of battery packs for utility scale BESS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues related to battery packs and support continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in battery technology to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, project management and quality assurance teams to integrate battery packs into larger energy storage systems and ensure seamless operation.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of battery packs.
• Implement robust safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks associated with battery packs.
• Contribute to the development of the overall energy storage strategy and participate in strategic planning activities.

Interfacing with vendors/ suppliers and driving value engineering initiatives for cost reduction and technology superiority

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
