Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process request as per the application, referring to standard operating procedures

  • Updating Customer Demographics in Bank System

  • Policy Set up and document generation

  • Mortgage Tax payment

  • Searching customer contact information

  • Reconciliation of internal bank General Ledger Accounts

  • Posting Check details into the bank system

  • Coordinating with Bank Vendors to gather information and respond back to customer enquiries
