YOU’LL BE OUR: Transformation Manager - Finance
YOU’LL BE BASED AT: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER
● Business partner: As a Transformation Manager you will be responsible for designing,
developing, and implementing SAP FInance FICO solutions that meet business needs
You will be working with the functional heads of Finance to identify business problems
that could be solved through process / digital interventions.
You will need to help prioritize between the various asks of the stakeholder and align
the final priority with the Finance Functional Heads
You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder and convey business criticality
with the information systems group. Ensuring the requirements are well understood.
● Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and
digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org
more efficient
Develop understanding of how most of the tools used by the stakeholders work
Help build technology roadmap for scale, efficiency, automation and quality
improvement.
Own the design & documentation of the ERP solutions for Finance & Controlling domain
Ensure stable & scalable integration with other applications under SAP ecosystems
Participate in the product roadmap and strategy definitions
Guide the development team to implement the solution as per the product development
standards to meet business requirements
Participate in resolving bugs/issues pertaining to design, development or integration to
support business continuity
Drive the Industry Best Practices and new product features to leverage the SAP
capabilities for better business processes
● Process champion: You will also act as the process champion develop lean processes
to meet their business objectives
Manage conflict on solutioning, timeline, prioritization
WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
● Hands on experience in Finance Digital Transformation consultation on R2R, P2P, O2C
and Controllership domains
● Must be proficient in analyzing, creating system specifications, developing scenario test
cases and implementing business solutions in Finance & Controlling domain
● Work with swimlane (delivery team) : ABAP developers, Tech Architect, QA, Program
manager, etc. to deliver long term projects/enhancements/bug fixes
● End to End Business Value Chain Understanding
● Ability to assess the need for a change from problem statements
● Experience in Business Process designing
● Working knowledge on SAP FICO module and IT system
● Strong quantitative analytical skills
● Understanding of Agile framework in Software development

What you bring to Ather:
● Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 8 - 10 years
work experience in SAP Finance consulting or Transformation role
● Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a premier B-school (Desirable)
● Desirable Lean Six Sigma certification and Lean understanding
● Preferred: Experience in Manufacturing Organization
