We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Overseas Employment Counsellor to guide candidates seeking job opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel candidates on overseas employment opportunities

Understand candidate profiles and suggest suitable countries & job roles

Explain process details: eligibility, documentation, timelines, and costs

Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries

Follow up with leads and maintain proper records

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation & application process

Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets

Eligibility & Skills

Any graduate / postgraduate

1 -2 years of experience preferred

Coimbatore location Preferred

Prior experience in overseas consultancy is an added advantage

Good communication skills

Strong convincing & counselling skills
